Refund policy

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All decants are individually prepared for each customer from original retail bottles into sterile glass atomizers. As these are custom-prepared and hygienic products, they cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.

However, if a mistake occurs on our side — such as:
 • incorrect fragrance,
 • incorrect volume,
 • or an order fulfillment error,

we will gladly replace the item or correct the order at no additional cost.

Please note: we ensure secure and high-quality packaging for every order to provide maximum protection during transit. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery conditions and handling lies with the carrier. In case of damage during shipping, claims should be submitted to the delivery service. We are always willing to assist customers with filing a claim if needed.

To report an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the situation quickly.
