Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

Shipping rates for orders below $150 CAD are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Carrier Responsibility

We ensure high-quality packaging for every order. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery conditions and handling lies with the carrier. In case of damage during transit, claims must be filed with the shipping service. We are always willing to assist customers with the claim process if needed.
